The site is responding slowly

All the pages on this site are designed to load quickly. If the site is responding slowly, it could be for a number of reasons:

  • Internet traffic is considerably higher at certain times of day, particularly during the early afternoon and evening. This can affect the speed at which you are able to navigate the Internet.
  • Your modem connection is less than 56k. A slower modem connection will affect overall Internet speed.
  • Some files take longer to load. If the file contains graphics and/or databases it will load more slowly.

The page cannot be found

Also known as a "404 Error" this error means that the web page you were requesting could not be located on the server. There are several possible reasons that you may receive this error:

  • The URL or web address entered is incorrect. Check to make sure that you are typing the URL correctly.
  • The file is missing, has been deleted, renamed or otherwise made unavailable. If the URL is correct, please contact us. Be sure you tell us the name of the link you clicked on.

Error occurred while processing the request

Similar to a "404 Error" (above), this error indicates that a file called by the server is not available or is corrupt. It's possible that the site administrator is updating the site in which case you should try again in a few minutes.

The host is unavailable

This error generally occurs when the server is down or is too busy to handle more requests. Please try again by pressing the "Reload" or "Refresh" button in your browser.
